Academic Project: Brand Management Course (2025)

As part of my Brand Management in a Digital Age course, my team and I undertook a strategic brand analysis of Disney+ for our final project. The project required us to:

  • Assess category and competitive dynamics, including market trends and consumer behavior.

  • Analyze Disney+’s current brand positioning and identify areas for growth.

  • Develop actionable recommendations to drive engagement and reduce subscriber churn over the next 2–3 years.

Our final project was a A 15-minute strategic recommendation presentation, where we developed a growth strategy for Disney+ with a focus on UI/UX improvements, gamification, and content expansion.


My Contributions:

  • Creative Strategy: Spearheaded the gamification concept from ideation to detailed recommendation, leveraging insights into audience behavior and engagement psychology.

  • UI/UX & Visual Design: Designed the entire slide deck and developed the Figma mockups key to showcasing our idea of the proposed Disney+ UI improvements.
